Owing to their open system architecture, the Dallmeier MPEG recorder and decoder is ideally suited for implementation within complex systems. The high flexibility of this concept ensures that the diverse requirements, which go hand in hand with large network structures, are fully met. Using SeMSy^® management software, the complete system can be efficiently and conveniently controlled and administered.

Different variants of the individual recorders and decoders are available in order to meet individual demands. The MPEG recorders and decoders provide highest availability, whether as stand-alone devices or blade units. The modular structure allows space-saving and cost-efficient implementation of even large systems (form factor).

The MPEG recorders and decoders are an ideal solution for monitoring critical areas where a high picture quality and real-time transmission are essential (broadcast quality). Using the digital matrix, an unlimited number of recorders can be connected to form one network. The design of the digital is such that cascading of the system is possible without limitations.
