ISO 9001:2000
In August 2004 Dallmeier achieved ISO 9001 certification for its quality management. This confirmed that Dallmeier, as developer and manufacturer, fulfilled the requirements of the world’s most widely used standard for quality management. The ISO 9001 focuses particularly on customer satisfaction and process management as well as continuous improvement.
The certification covers the development, manufacturing and sale of products and solutions for video security systems as well as training and services. It also covers all foreign branch offices.
The external auditors particularly emphasised the quality-oriented motivation of the staff and the particular dedication of the quality management team in ensuring continually improving processes.
Since certification in 2004 regular external checks and recertifications - the last one in August 2007 - ensure that, as CEO Dieter Dallmeier stresses, “quality will remain an integral part of our daily business in the future, too.”
