Video Power Inserter VPI-8

The Video Power Inserter VPI-8 allows for an easy cabling of analogue cameras as power supply, video signal and RS485 interface run over one single CAT cable. It is therefore possible to easily integrate UTP-ready analogue cameras into existing IP infrastructures.

The VPI-8 is a stand-alone device whose compact and robust design enables versatile applications. Additionally, the device is designed for installation and operation in a 19” module rack (up to three VPI-8 devices).

  • For the cabling of up to 8 analogue cameras
  • Compatible with all Dallmeier recorders and all UTP capable Dallmeier cameras
  • Cascading of up to three VPI-8 devices possible
  • Status display per channel
  • One fuse per channel
  • Installation in a 19" module rack optionally possible
